There are better base 2% cash back cards like the venture x that offers 2% everywhere. Plus the Costco Citi visa doesn’t have extended warranty anymore, which is a shame. They also don’t have price rewind anymore. And the fact that you can only get cash back in February in person is a dealbreaker. Chase Freedom Unlimited would be better for extended warranty and 3% cash back on dining.

BUT look into transfer fees with the HSA custodian your employer uses, because some will charge a percentage and others charge a flat rate. So, every time you swap money from your employer's HSA custodian to your Fidelity HSA, you would pay a fee. This could negate any advantages of having your own HSA. Good luck.
